The construction of this luxurious duplex in the prestigious 5th Settlement neighborhood was a project that demanded meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of craftsmanship. Commissioned by Mr. Mohamed Hamed, the project was completed in September 2021, spanning a total of seven months. Strategically situated in South Academy H, directly opposite the Hassan El-Sharbatly Mosque, the duplex enjoys a prime location within the 5th Settlement community. This coveted neighborhood is renowned for its upscale residential developments, lush green spaces, and world-class amenities.

Ahmed Abdel Aziz, this project for Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed features state-of-the-art medical equipment, comfortable common areas, and specialized geriatric care. Despite the tight deadline, the team successfully navigated complex regulatory requirements to deliver a world-class facility.
